The expression \u2018the sky\u2019s the limit\u2019 originates from the card game poker. The first use of the phrase appears in \u2018The Illustrated Buffalo Express\u2019 on 11th September 1898.<\/p>\n

Horace Greeley describes his friend, Prof. A. T. Parker, referring to him as \u201cthe Nestor of trout fishing and the maker of the finest trout and bass flies in this country.\u201d<\/p>\n
