The expression ‘Albatraoz’ originates from the Swedish EDM producer, Aron Michael Ekberg (AronChupa). It’s the title of a 2014 track, ‘I’m an Albatraoz.’ The song features a skit of a female voice saying, ‘f**k that little mouse ’cause I’m an Albatraoz.’
In an interview with a Swedish Radio presenter, Ekberg stated that ‘Albatraoz’ is based on the English word, ‘Albatross,’ referring to a large seabird with a huge wingspan. AronChupa mentions that the song title is also a throwback to a band he formed with friends in 2012, called ‘Albatraoz.’
